Privacy policy
TEKANEX. Last updated 27 October 2026.
Who we are
TEKANEX is operated by Venxer Solutions LLC. We respect your privacy and only use your information to provide our service. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address and details about your problem, plus basic technical data needed to keep the website secure.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer your message and provide the service you ask for (performing a contract, or steps you ask us to take before one).
- To take payment and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To keep the website and service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
We don't use your data for marketing and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted service providers that help us run TEKANEX, such as hosting, email and payment providers, and only as far as needed to provide our service.
International transfers
Some of these providers, and Venxer Solutions LLC itself, may process data outside the country where you live, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. When that happens, we rely on the safeguards required by the applicable law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and session notes only as long as we need them to help you and handle any follow-up, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or send you a copy of your data, or to restrict or stop how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Children
The service is intended for adults. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
Changes
We'll post any updates to this policy on this page.
