Terms of service
TEKANEX, United Kingdom. Last updated 27 October 2026.
1. Who we are
TEKANEX ("TEKANEX", "we", "us") is a remote IT support service operated by Venxer Solutions LLC. You can contact us at [email protected]. These terms apply when you order a service through tekanex.com/uk.
2. What we do
We provide remote technical support for software, operating systems (such as Windows and macOS), drivers, web browsers, email and online accounts, on devices you own or are authorised to use. Support is delivered over the internet, by email and through a remote-support session that you start. No physical goods are shipped. We don't repair hardware, work on physical devices or make on-site visits.
3. The One-Time Fix
A One-Time Fix covers one issue: a single problem with a single underlying cause (for example, "my printer won't print" or "remove a virus from my laptop"). If we find that your request involves more than one separate issue, we'll tell you before doing any extra work. An additional issue is only worked on if you agree, at the same flat price.
4. Price and payment
For customers in the United Kingdom, a One-Time Fix costs £87 per issue. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total amount you pay, including any applicable taxes. Nothing is payable upfront. Payment becomes due only after you have tested the result and confirmed that the issue is resolved. You can pay by bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Revolut or bank transfer. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
5. If we can't fix it
If we're unable to resolve your issue, you pay nothing. We may tell you what we found and suggest next steps, for example if the cause turns out to be hardware.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the devices and accounts concerned, or have permission to let us work on them; that you will back up important data before a session where possible; that the software on your device is properly licensed; and that you will stay available during the session. We won't help to bypass security, licensing or access controls on devices or accounts that aren't yours, and we may decline or stop any request that appears unlawful or unsafe.
7. Remote access and consent
Remote sessions are always started by you, using reputable remote-support software. You can see what we do and end the session at any time. We only access what's needed to fix your issue and do not keep access to your device after the session ends. We will never ask for your online-banking passwords or card PIN.
8. Third-party software and services
Some fixes involve third-party software or services, such as operating systems, apps or email providers. We are not responsible for those products, their availability or their terms. If a fix needs a paid licence or subscription, we'll tell you first and you buy it directly from the provider.
9. Your right to cancel
You can cancel at any time before or during a session, at no cost. As a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract for services under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By asking us to start work straight away, you request that the service begins within that period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. Because you only pay after confirming the fix works, you are never charged for work you haven't accepted. See the refund and cancellation policy.
10. Liability
We carry out every fix with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or losses caused by pre-existing faults, hardware failure, third-party software or services, or missing backups. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to have the service performed with reasonable care and skill.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Complaints and governing law
If something isn't right, please email [email protected] first. We'll do our best to put it right quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Venxer Solutions LLC is registered. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.
